Unwanted changes after update Xstore theme

Hello, I’ve just update the theme and there are two misconfigured thing.

1- The main menu bar is displaced when scrolling down. The space between head and main menu bar is not supposed to be there . (please see screenshot https://prnt.sc/vhhd4u)
2 -Instagram API is not working (screenshot https://prnt.sc/vhhguz). I already generated the new token and I have this configuration https://prnt.sc/vhhhr0. Also updated the widget https://prnt.sc/vhhj5h but still not working.

I need your help. Here you have WP Access.

Hello,

1. Is it solved https://prnt.sc/vhzcod ?
2. Without hashtag in settings of the Instagram element, of your Home page, images are shown. Make sure that your images in instagram have this hashtag.
If you want to be able to show the media from your business account by hashtag you need to make sure that FB user that you used to generate token and related to your Instagram has all the necessary permissions https://prnt.sc/tclgs2 https://developers.facebook.com/docs/instagram-api/overview# In other cases you’ll be able to show the media from your Instagram account but not the media by hashtag.

Hello Rose,

1. No, it is not solve. The error happens randomly. I mean, not 100% of the time, but most of the time the menu is displaced when scroll down.
2. I have the same hashtag set on API “iaincosmetics” also on posts description but still not showing any post. I have “Error: There is no media to show”

Hello,

1) Such issue could appear if you resize the browser window and do not refresh the page and if you use any plugins for the lazy loading of the header logo. I suppose it’s the second case. So, go to image optimization plugin settings and exclude the header logo image from lazy loading.

2) If you use the Recent media option of the Instagram settings to show by hashtag it only returns media objects published within 24 hours of query execution https://developers.facebook.com/docs/instagram-api/reference/hashtag/recent-media/ . So, if you don’t get any media it means you did not publish them within 24 hours. Choose the Top media in the element settings.

1. I excluded header logo from lazy loading.Also without resize the windows still happpen the same issue.
