Untranslated fields (my account) and too long email

Hi,

1. there are phrases in my account tab (and on the registration page) that are not included in the translation file (.po file). For example ‘register’, ’email address’, ‘A password will be sent to your email address.’, and many others.

I already changed them once in the code, but after the update the old translations appeared again. Can you please advise me how to change these translations so that they remain permanently?

2. I also noticed that the email address does not fit in its field (previous screenshot).

Hello,

1. Read this article and use Loco translate plugin to translate the theme – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/30-base-theme-translation
After the theme update you need to click on Sync button – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/103-translation-files-update , then you will be able to find and translate new strings.
2. Update the theme and Core plugin, clear cache and it will be fixed – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/63-theme-update https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/37-plugins-update

Hey Rose,

sorry, but I’ve found one more translation issue.
‘Shopping cart’ is translated in PO file, but it isn’t on the site.
Could you verify?
