    Hello,

This is js is throwing an error

    Hello @nohsharon,

Please give us full access to wp-admin panel, not just to “My Account” page.
Are you getting any issues with Visual Composer elements?
Also provide us with FTP credentials.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hello @nohsharon,

We can’t connect to your server via FTP.
Please create FTP account for us to be able to view all site files.

    Thank you.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hello @nohsharon,

Unfortunately we still can’t connect. There is an error:
    Error: Authentication failed.

Please add this code in .htaccess file:

    <IfModule mod_headers.c>
       Header set Access-Control-Allow-Origin "*"
    </IfModule>

And check your site after that.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hello @nohsharon,

Unfortunately we still can’t login because of the error:
    Error: Authentication failed.

Could you please check it from your side?
Are you able to connect via FTP with the same credentials?

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hi Eva,
Sorry for the delay. After some looking, we are still not sure why you are unable to access SFTP.

Below are the credentials our developer uses to login. Please let me know if you still continue to have trouble accessing.

    Thank you,
    sharon

    Hello @nohsharon,

    Unfortunately authentication is still failed.
Could you please provide us with access to your hosting control panel so we’ll be able to view site files directly from the panel?

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hello,

As I see you are using very old versions of the plugins. Please update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ and woocommerce as well.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

Happy new year. We updated our woo commerce plugin and have already updated the theme to the latest version a few weeks back as well and wanted to provide an update on the issue we are having on our theme.
Included in the private message is a detailed description.

    Hello @nohsharon,

At first you reported this error on your site:
Uncaught SecurityError: Failed to execute ‘toDataURL’ on ‘HTMLCanvasElement’: tainted canvases may not be exported.

    Is it resolved now?

Do you mean that now you’re getting “time out” errors on your site?
Could you please be more specific what problem you’re experiencing?

    Thank you.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

    HI Jack
I guess I should start a new support thread. The reason why I added this new error ticket on this same ticket is because Eva suggested that we update our plugins and theme. But we continue to have issues related to the theme.

The original error message – Failed to execute ‘toDataURL’on ‘THMLCanvasElement’:T doesn’t seem to be an issue anymore.

Please let me know if I should start a new ticket.

    Thank you,
    sharon
