Uncaught Error: Firebase.authWithCustomToken failed

Hello !,

I’m having this problem in the console : Uncaught Error: Firebase.authWithCustomToken failed: First argument must be a valid credential (a string). firebase.js:136

I’m doing everything how they say and the chat is not working, what should I do?

You need contact your hosting provider support as it’s related to server configuration.

Hello,

I know i just enabled the debug that´s why.

but I just installed everything in other server and everything is working well except the chat…i have the same error.

WP admin credentials are incorrect. Please check them.
Where can we find FTP Manager in your hosting control panel?
Could you create FTP account for us?

Hello,

This is common problem of Screets Chat plugin. Please refer to their support topic:
http://screets.org/apps/chatx/forums/d/113-firebase-auth-failed-first-argument-must-be-a-valid-credential-a-string
You need check settings in wp-admin panel > Live Chat > Options > Advanced tab.
