Unable to use customize - by Daniel - on WordPress WooCommerce support

When I want to use the Header Builder on my WordPress page it shows nothing on the right side. But using without the header builder it works just fine. Could you please help me with this issue?

Hello,

Try to disable all third-party plugins, that do not come bundled with our theme, and check how it works then.
If this doesn’t help, provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access.

Still the same… deleting all the plugins seems to work but when start installing the required one it crash.

Hello,

Here is a list of included plugins https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , you need to find out if one of the plugins, that is not in this list, causes the problem.
Provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, so we can take a closer look.

Hello,

Seems this script https://prnt.sc/qgecxj causes issue with the customizer preview and generates error http://prntscr.com/qgeeff . Please, contact your hosting and ask them to disable that script. Let me know if the header builder works ok after disabling of that script.
