Unable to upgrade to Xstore1.3 - by sugi1119

    Hi,

    I try to upgrade Xstore version from 1.2 to 1.3 as I received the notice from Envato.

    This is the second time to upgrade. The first one was from 1.1 to 1.2. I used easy theme update plug in. So, I also use the same plug-in for upgrade the theme. But the version is still same as 1.2 (showing in Appearance> theme> Xstore> current theme). Then, I deactivated the easy theme update plug in, and install envato one according to support document 2.3. However, the result is still same (showing the version: 1.2 in current theme).

    Is there anyway to upgrade the version?
    I am still editing the site in local site.

    Hi Olga,

    I just go to change the status to “solved”.
    I found I should go to envatoAPI site to generate the key, not from the my account > setting > API in the envato market.
    After generate the key and entered it, the plug-in is working to update the theme.
