Unable to update plugins - by melissa3764

    Hello,

    I have notifications that the following plugins need to be updated:

    Master Slider Pro
    Screets Live Chat
    WPBakery Visual Composer
    Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer

    However, when I attempt to do so, I get an error message telling me that the package update is not available. I ensured that I have the most recent theme version installed. At the moment, the live chat function is not working due to this issue, and I need to get it corrected ASAP.

    Hello,

    You can download required plugins with the latest versions here https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/
    Then update your plugins via FTP.
