Unable to set boxed size instead of wide layout.

I downloaded the xStore theme.. And using the Niche Market Demo Header. I installed the demo version to work on the website. The problem I am having is all the pages are automatically set as wide even though on the General setting I have it as boxed. How do I fix the issue to set the website width at a specific pixel size?
