Both of these videos are showing it cannot clear in the shopping cart.

Yes, we see that on your side there is an issue with removing product on Cart page actions, but we previously asked you (https://www.8theme.com/topic/unable-to-remove-items-after-adding-to-cart/#post-463104).
We kindly suggest asking someone else to assist you and test the process on their device, as it is possible that the same actions are being repeated in specific steps.
However, we received no feedback for our request.
Also, as you watched our videos, we didn’t have such an issue on your website, and this issue was tested by several of our support managers from different devices.
As the issue appears only on your side, we suggest the following solutions for your case:
1. Test from another device.
2. Temporarily replace the content of the Cart page with the default shortcode and test.
3. Temporarily disable the XStore theme and XStore Core plugin and activate the default theme such as Storefront. As we see, you already made such a test in your reply (https://www.8theme.com/topic/unable-to-remove-items-after-adding-to-cart/#post-462790). If so, could you please attach a video of this test? We still haven’t seen an example showing that it works correctly with our theme disabled. This will help us understand and confirm whether the issue is solved on your side based on the theme activation.
Please attach screenshots or videos of each of these test steps made from your side.
