Unable to reinstall the theme - by Rahul

    Hi,
    Recently my website ran into some problem and went down so i had to ask my hosting service to revert back my website. When it was reverted, it shows https://imgur.com/D45hUBU

    And on wordpress dashboard it shows https://imgur.com/ELCdPAL

    I want to reinstall the theme, for some reason i am also unable to install any other themes. So i can neither uninstall this theme nor i can install other theme.
    Also please tell me how do i deactivate xstore theme? so that when i reinstall i can put my licence code there.

    Hello,

    You can download child theme here https://www.8theme.com/downloads to install it.
    You can install it manually uploading via FTP or via WP Dashboard from Appearance > Themes > add new > Upload.
    Or provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access and we’ll check and help you with the theme installation.

    I am providing you with FTP access. I am unable to do it from WP Dashboard through FTP

    It seems that your hosting did not restore the themes folder. Check now.
