Unable to Process Order - by jcmeboutique

    I am having an issue where customer’s cannot complete their orders. They get all the way to the final checkout and enter their credit card number then submit and get the following message “We were unable to process your order, please try again.” I’ve put it in sandbox mode to test and am getting the same message. One customer said she got an error about a jquery or something but I’ve been unable to repeat that message. The order will show up in my orders as pending payment.

    I’ve also tested with the cash on delivery option and sometimes it will go through and sometimes I get the same error message.

    Hello.

    Please try to disable some third-party plugin. It is likely that one of them causing an error.

    After deactivating all 3rd party plugins except woocommerce and the ones that are part of the Royal Theme I get the following error.

    Hello,

    Please check if the issue persists with default WordPress theme.
    If it does then you have to contact Woocommerce support concerning this problem.
