Unable to install XStore on WordPress - by Zero

Hi 8theme supporters,

I have an issue that I cant install XStore on WordPress. I already try to install by two ways which I read in here https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/202821510?_ga=2.110551757.978894280.1501030257-1517022802.1501030257

At first, I try to upload the file named themeforest-15780546-xstore-responsive-woocommerce-theme-wordpress-theme.zip (about 26M sizes). It failed.

Then, I try the other file named XStore_Theme_v.3.16.2.zip (about 24M sizes). It failed too.

Please help me so that I can install XStore on WordPress.

I did what you said already. Please let me know the processing… How much time you need to solve the problem? I thought for you guys, it’s really easy to do such thing. 24 hours is way more than I expected.

Please check theme requirements http://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/60-xstore-theme-requirements and update your server settings according to these requirements.
Then follow our documentation http://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/12-theme-installation
If you face problem after that, we will install the theme for you.
