    Subject: Issue with Importing XStore Theme – Missing Next Step Button

    I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to seek assistance with an issue I am facing while trying to import the XStore theme that I recently purchased.

    Issue Details:
    Despite following the provided instructions and attempting to import the theme myself, I am unable to proceed with the import process due to the “Next Step” button not appearing. This button is supposed to guide me through the import steps, but it is missing, leaving me unable to complete the setup.

    Steps Taken:

    Downloaded the XStore theme from ThemeForest.
    Installed the theme via WordPress Dashboard (Appearance > Themes > Add New > Upload Theme).
    Attempted to import demo content using the XStore setup wizard.
    Encountered the issue where the “Next Step” button does not appear after initiating the import process.
    Additional Information:

    I have verified the integrity of the downloaded theme file.
    I have increased PHP memory limit and max execution time as recommended.
    I have deactivated all other plugins to avoid conflicts.
    I have tried multiple browsers to ensure it is not a browser-specific issue.

    Hello,

    The problem is caused by 1 Razorpay: Signup for FREE PG plugin. Please disable this plugin before the demo content importing.
