Unable to import the complete demo content for the cosmetics version

Hello,

I purchased your theme and tried to import the demo content for the cosmetics version, but it only imports one page and one slider, everything else displayed in the live preview is missing.

I provided the login details in the private content field, please check it out and advise, thank you!

Hello,

The problem is you don’t have any products in Products section. Please add some products and check home page after that.

Well, I want to add the demo content and then modify it, why doesn’t it include all the pages and demo products seen in the live preview of “cosmetics”.

It only imports one page when I select the quick installation option. I also tried importing it manually, with the same results.

Can you provide a complete XML, or the complete content for the “cosmetics” version?

Thank you again for your reply, I’m not sure what you did but the site is a mess now and all the demo pages seen here are still missing:

So, again, I would like to import all the demo content that’s on the link above, pages, posts, products, sliders, widgets, everything so that the final website looks like the cosmetics preview.

I don’t want only the home page, that right now doesn’t even look like the demo.

Feel free to remove anything that’s not needed, or I can remove it for you.

If you can provide the demo XML, widgets, sliders and other demo content I can also import them myself (the ones in the main ZIP from ThemeForest don’t include all the content, only the home page)

Hello,

Sorry, demo data doesn’t include all content. It’s only created for demo site to show theme features.
You can only install base demo content in Theme Options > Import/Export > “Install base demo content” button.
I’ve imported settings for Cosmetics template. Check it now.

I cannot even access the site now.This is far too much.

You sold a theme that did not have all components necessay.

It’s related to https protocol. Did you install SSL certificate?
You need contact your hosting provider support regarding this issue.

Yes my hosting has been contacted and will have this corrected by 0300 pst. I spotted on WP that the ‘force https’ was checked ‘yes’. I have not seen that before your person or people went into the site the last time, which was late yesterday.

My main concern is the non existant files with the theme ‘cosmetics’ NOWHERE on the theme site indicated that the cosmetic theme came with 1 page.

Here is what I’m hoping for: A quick fix by EightTheme to provide the complete demo files for’cosmetics’. Iwill then feel supported by your company and will continue to purchse additional items.

OR……

I spent 59$ on 1 page? Really?
If that is the case, and it looks as though it is, unless the ‘quick fix is done. I would like my $$ refunded asap.
I’m not a theme collector, I am a small brick and mortar business looking (finally) at having to go online. This is VERY personal to me, having had my store for over 20 years. I need this responsive online component to be competitive.

I do not throw away hard earned dollars on products that are filled with issues. If I find those issue laden products, I request my $$ back. I have zero use for them, or the companies that produce such items.

I am hopeful that your company doesthe right thing: Quick fix = Providing the complete files for the ‘cosmetics’ demo.

Mr. Richardson thank you so very much, what you have doneis admiral and VERY much appreciated by myself and my husband. Mom & Pop stores are still alive and will thrive with partners such as EightTheme providing excellent support.
