  we are unable to activate mega menu for our site please look into the matter asap!!!

  Have you read our documentation https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/royal/#!/primary_menu ?
  “7.2 Menu types” section has a description how to create full width menu.
  Please follow the instruction.
