  Hi,

  I started to work on Legenda demo site (ecommerce) from yesterday, everything looks great.

  For some reason I couldn’t figure out how to edit the shop page. I can open the shop page in wordpress, but then can’t see anything. So I suspected that I need to use Visual Composer, but when I tried to go to FrontEnd, it just takes forever to load up.

  Any help would be greatly appreciated

  Hello,

  Please clarify what you want to edit in Shop page. When you select Shop page in Woocommerce > Settings > Products tab > Shop page, all products are loading automatically for this page.

  Hi Eva,

  Thanks for your reply. What I want to have in Shop page is:

  1. Change the current image in that page from a demo one to the one I want to upload
  2. Change it to categories. Now it simply lists products. I want to have blocks of images showing the product categories and how many products in each, like what the sample website is. http://themeforest.net/item/legenda-responsive-multipurpose-wordpress-theme/full_screen_preview/5888906

  I suspect I need to use Visual Composer but it just takes forever to load the frontend editor. All the other pages I can edit use Visual Composer without any problems.

  Hello,

  1. You can change Shop banner in Theme Options > Shop > Products Page Banner.

  2. To display categories on Shop page go to Woocommerce > Settings > Products tab > Display > Shop Page Display > select “Show categories and subcategories”.
