    Hi

I’m really struggling with a problem I have with my site.

Every time I try and edit a WooCommerce Product using WPBakery back end I get database failure messages,

Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 180559872) (tried to allocate 3346432 bytes) in /hermes/bosnacweb06/bosnacweb06ao/b2946/ipg.kplpoolcom/NHCShop/wp-includes/functions.php on line 4757

Fatal error: Unknown: Cannot use output buffering in output buffering display handlers in Unknown on line 0

    Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log

I seem to be able to edit using the WPBakery front end editor and can make quick edits without fatal error messages.

My hosting provider has increased the memory allocated to 512Mb and enabled output buffering. I’ve been told by my hosting provider that they could log on as Administrator and make edits successfully.

I’ve two user accounts with Administrator access and they both appear to fail in the same way.

I can edit other pages and posts without any problems using WPBakery.

Can you try using my admin login please and see what you get?

I’ve put my FTP and WordPress Admin details in the private content area…

I’ve also downloaded the server cgi error log and can make it available if that would help?

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

I faced the same error. Try to disable third-party plugins that do not come bundled with our theme. Maybe one of them causes Memory issue.

    Regards

    Hello Olga

Fantastic! I’ve discovered that the ‘Honeypot for Contact Form 7’ was causing the memory problem. I’m so grateful for your advice on how to identify my issue.

As usual the team at Xstore have come up trumps again. Fantastic support, really really appreciated.
