Unable to edit pages with XStore Builder or Elementor

We purchased the XStore theme. We would like to get started with it, but are experiencing two problems:

1. When we want to customise it with Elementor, the site continuously crashes (on the left side of the panel, the circle keeps spinning and this does not stop).

2. If we want to customise it with XStore Builder: I see in videos that you can just click on an element and customise it, but that doesn’t work with us. When we click on an element, nothing happens (we don’t get green blocks when we hoover over an element, for example).

Did we do anything wrong with the set-up? Thanks for your help!

Thanks Alex! I updated the plugin. But if I try to upload the theme, I get an error page with: “A critical error occurred.”

I uploaded the zip file (see screen shot). That isn’t correct?

Hello,

Go to Appearance > Themes > Add New > Upload archive > Install > Replace with uploaded.

Go to Dashboard > Plugins > Add new > Upload plugin > Choose downloaded plugin > Install now > click on “Replace current with uploaded”.

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.

2/ Downgrade the PHP version to 8.1 or 8.2. Not all plugins are compatible with your current version (8.3.21).
