Unable to display date & time picker on certain pages

hello,
i installed a plugin for customer to pick delivery date and time upon purchase, i managed to get it display on single product page, but unable to display on cart page, checkout page and order detail page.

I have also tried on other theme or default theme, and it is working fine, the custom fields that I added using plugin can be automatically shown. But not for this xstore theme, can you assist?

Hello,

What the name of the mentioned plugin?
We do not give a guaranty for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins.
Please us with wp-admin and FTP access, we will check what can be done to help you.

The plugin used is

Extra Product Options (Product Addons) for woocommerce (by themehigh)

U can use the ftp below to check.

FYI, we have tested for using default WordPress theme or some other themes all can be shown, just this xstore theme can’t be shown. Appreciate if u can help to resolve it. Even I tried on another plugin, WC field factory (by Saravana Kumar K) also won’t work. But it works for other themes.

We need temporary wp-admin access, also. Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.
Make sure that FTP access is correct – https://prnt.sc/va34lr

We can’t login to your dashboard – “Sorry, your request has been blocked”
Please check. Do you need our IPs to whitelist them?

Can u pls retry again? The hosting support has make these IP list into whitelist. Let us know if the problem still persists.

Hello,

Go to Theme Options > WooCommerce > Single products > Disable Ajax add to cart. The mentioned plugin does not work with the Ajax add to cart to pass the mentioned param.
