Unable to delete cart items - by michele_carangella

Hi there, we have a problem with the cart items.
We try to delete an item from the cart icon or the cart page, but when we refresh the page the item it’s still in the cart.

It’s a problem with the coockies or something else?

Hello,

Update theme and all required plugins to latest versions https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/63-theme-update https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/37-plugins-update > clear cache and check if the problem will be solved.
Do you use 3rd party plugins? If so, try to disable them > clear cache and check if the problem is caused by some of additional plugins.

Hi,
we’ve follow the instruction and we’ve update the theme. All the plugins was already update.
We’ve also try to deactivate the plugin, clear the cache and retry, but we still have the problem.

Another solution?
