    Hello,

I’ve installed the Legenda theme on my WordPress installation and get the open_basedir restriction error. I’ve checked the forums and contacted the hosting provider about changing that parameter, however, they do not allow this because this is a shared hosting and a security violation.

Is there any way around this? Is there a parameter I can change so that the Legenda theme will stick to files within the current directory instead?

    Thanks,
    Leon

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello Leon,

Unfortunately we can do nothing in this situation. You need to solve this issue with your hosting provider.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

    Hello Jack,

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately, I’ve already contact my hosting provider and they are unwilling to make the change, citing security issues.

Since that’s the case, I won’t be able to use the theme at all, so would like to request for a refund. Can you let me know how to go about doing this?

Also, is this quite common with your themes? I’ve used quite a few purchased themes before, and this is the first time I’m coming across this issue.

    Thanks,
    Leon
