Unable to change essential grid options - by freerunner

When I try to change the Essential Grid ‘Predefined Grid’ the visual composer will not allow me to change it. It seems to be stuck on Agency_one. I need to be able to choose a different option. Please advise….

Hello,

We can’t access wp-admin panel. The provided credentials give access to “My Account” page only. How can we log in to wp-admin panel directly?
Did you update Essential Grid plugin to the latest version https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ ?

I’ve selected “Fashion One Page” template in Essential Grid settings in your home page editor.
Please check it.
There weren’t any problems.
Please clear browser cache and check it once more.
Also update Ultimate VC Addons, Essential Grid, Visual Composer plugins
