  Provide URL of the mentioned product and temporary wp-admin access, so we can take a closer look.

  Is it a variable product? Make sure that the product was created correctly https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/variable-product/
  We can’t find our reason for the problem just by screenshot, so provide temporary wp-admin access, please. Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it. Delete the account once all questions will be solved.
