Unable to activate theme again - by nixatsnow

deactivated and deleted on the old domain but still unable to activate on the new domain. isnt there a place like other themes settings where it can be deactivated and activated on a different domain rather than getting stuck every time and having to rely and wait for support to fix this problem??
