Unable to activate staging site – button greyed out

Hey guys, I initially activated this on another staging version of this site but have since deactivated it – I cannot seem to activate this on the staging.ladyloving.co.uk domain now as Activate button is greyed out.

I have cleared the cache and tried in an incognito window – to no avail.
