Unabel to install base demo content - by varalakshmi

Hello,

I hope you can answer:

I’m using your wonderful Woopress theme installed in my local XAMPP, while trying to import base demo content I was getting the below errors:

Hello,

Do you have Woocommerce plugin installed?
It would be better if you upload your site to some web host to be able to check the issue.

yes we have installed the Woocommerce plugin.

Hello,

I don’t see Woocommerce plugin installed in wp-admin panel > Plugins section. The data that can’t be imported is related to products pages and it requires Woocommerce plugin to be installed.

installed Woocommerce plugin in wp-admin panel > Plugins section. after installing this plugin total page was blank can you please look into this and help us

If i understand you right you have installed woocommerce after demo content instalation. You should repeat this operation and remove copy of the demo pages/menu items. Woocommerce plugins should be installed before demo content.
