Hi! i have a problem with this plugin. When i activate i can’t navigate the Admin area. It gets slow and nothing get loaded. Also i got a notification from my hosting provider since this problem began, saying there was too many connections to admin-ajax.php file that make server overload.
I’d tried to write directly to the plugin supplier but i dont have the purchase code for that plugin since it came with this theme.
Hope you can help me soon to get this resolved.

We were unable to see the issue because of “504 Gateway Time-out” error. Please check your site server settings and also provide us with wp-admin credentials to resolve the issue.

Hi, what do you mean with “check your site server settings”? Im on a shared hosting, what do i have to ask them about the configuration?

Try to disable 3rd-party plugins and activate Ultimate VC Addons. Also check it with default WordPress theme.

Hi Eva,
i disabled all pluggins, except for Visual Composer, and still get freeze. Also with default wordpress theme. Thats wy i try to contact the plugin developer at the first time. I need a purchase code to do that.
I have other instalation (cloned) for the same site i other server and have no problems there. Maybe is a problem with the server settings?

The problem may be caused by lack of memory. Try to increase memory_limit value on a server where your site is hosted and check the plugin after that.

Hi Eva, the memory limit is set to 128M in both servers, but the problem appears only in one of these servers.
