Hi

I was wondering if you can help. Following the recent Woocommerce updates I had some web pages that had a Vertical Parallax image backgrounds using the Ultimate Visual Composer. These subsequently stopped working, and now I am unable to use Parallax at all.

Hello,

Do you use latest versions of WPBakery Page builder (formerly Visual Composer) and Ultimate Addons plugins? Please provide us with temporary wp-admin access and page URL where you have the problem.

Hi Rose, yes we use WP Bakery and Ultimate Addons

This page is a test trying to apply an image as a background – this previously worked but I can’t seem to get it to work anymore. My logon details are in the private area. I’m travelling today so wont be able to respond again until later today.

You can add the custom css code in Global custom css or in style.css file of your child theme, then simply use this custom class https://prnt.sc/lc5ot3

Although I can get that effect to work on the test page we looked at, I can’t seem to get it to work on this live page. Maybe some other settings are affecting this. I will be away from my laptop now for most of the day so will check any responses later.
