    Hello,

It appears Ultimate VC Addons is not working as it should. On the front-end, images are missing and the Visual Composer elements are not performing as expected. And on the back-end, when editing a page, Visual Composer fails to load properly and does not show any existing content/elements.

The theme and all required plugins are up-to-date.

Can you please suggest what might be wrong? Login details listed within Private Content area.

    Thank you.

The problem appears to be between Visual Composer and the Royal theme. After deactivating all other plugins and testing with other themes, the problem only occurs when Royal is activated.

Visual Composer’s backend editor simply does not function with Royal.

    Hello,

I activated Royal theme and checked Visual Composer editor and it works fine.
Please clarify how we can replicate the issue and show us a screenshot.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

    Please see attached screenshots.

The first screenshot is when the Royal theme is activated. You will notice there is no visible content within the Visual Composer console (although there should be).

The second screenshot is when I switch to the Twenty Thirteen theme. As you can see, the Visual Composer content is now visible.

    Screenshot 1 (Royal)

    Screenshot 2 (Twenty Thirteen)

Furthermore, you will notice that the search button in the header does not work when viewing in Google Chrome, nor do the Visual Composer components display properly in Chrome – although they appear fine in Safari.

    Hi Eva,

I’ve done as requested and the VC editor is still not loading across Chrome, Safari and Firefox when Royal is activated.

Can I please bother you to check one more time if the issue can be replicated on your side? This problem is really hampering our progress.

    Thank you,

    Dominic.

    Hello,

Unfortunately we can’t replicate the issue. Please look at the screenshot:

Does the problem persist on other PC?

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.
