Two issues with the product quick preview

Hi there,

I’m running into two issues with the quick preview in my shop:

1 – The pop up screen transforms after opening to a (too) small screen, please see the screenshot;
2 – The language is in English. Where do I change this in my current setup? Please note that for a different ticket you changed something in my language settings. Please keep the settings the way they are and only tell me where to change the text. Thanks.

Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

1. In this case, the height depends on the image height. To modify it, you can use custom code. For example, add the following in Theme Options > Theme Custom CSS > Desktop:

.quick-view-popup .quick-view-layout-default .row { min-height: 450px; }

2. Could you please let us know if you have the possibility to write in the ticket where this issue was previously discussed, or if it has already been closed? Could you also provide the link?

Hi there,

1. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. Unfortunately the box stays the same size as the image. So it doesn’t work for all products. Is there a way to set a fixed dimension?

Hi there,

I had added it to the Global CSS section before. I now also added it to the “Laptop” section as well. It doesn’t give the same results as the results I can see on your screenshot.
