Turning The Wishlist into Request A Quote Function

Hello, I am wondering if it is possible to turn the Wishlist into a request a quote?

I am close to completing I just need to move the Add to wishlist button to a button next to add to cart?

also if it is possible to print the wishlist items in the email, not show the items as a URL?
