Trying to upload demo home - by mothpre - on WordPress WooCommerce support

When I am try to upluad import a dome home there is a problem first it send me to a 404 error or takes me to a “there is a problem page” when i go back the next text is there:

Sorry, there has been an error.
File is empty. Please upload something more substantial. This error could also be caused by uploads being disabled in your php.ini or by post_max_size being defined as smaller than upload_max_filesize in php.ini.

What is the problem?

This website isn’t workin very well there are a lot of problems, how can i solve it

Hello,

Very likely that you have disabled allow_url_fopen. Ask your hosting to enable it.
Also you need to increase the values of upload_max_filesize, post_max_size and PHP version must be no less then 5.3.
