To assist you more effectively, we kindly request that you record a video demonstrating the issue and the steps leading to it. This will help us better understand and replicate the problem on our end.
Upload the video on a filesharing service, for example – https://wetransfer.com/ , and provide us with the URL.
We recommend that you disable all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/). After doing so, please clear your browser’s cache and check again. It is possible that one of these additional plugins is causing the issue.

Hi Alex,
Why make us go through all that of creating a third party account, screenshoting a video, ripping it down, and then uploading it to demonstrate exactly what we described in one simple sentence?
Would you like to have access to see in real-time? Or instead, consider going to our site and adding an item to the cart. This will do the same.
Xstore is aware of this specific issue since it addressed it months ago with a patch. Hope this helps!

Customizer → Speed Optimization → Always load “wc-cart-fragments”

We have reviewed the issue you reported and found that the products on the mentioned page were created using an additional plugin, specifically “Easy Pricing Tables.” When we attempt to add a product from your original Shop page -> Single product, the cart functions correctly and displays the added item. However, when adding a custom product – such as those created using pricing tables on your custom shop page – the cart remains empty.
In this case, we kindly suggest testing whether the issue persists when using a default WordPress theme, such as Storefront. This will help determine whether the problem is related to our theme or the plugin itself. If the issue occurs only with our theme, please provide us with the results of your testing. You may also attach a video to help us better understand the issue.
If the problem is not theme-related, we recommend contacting the support team for the plugin you are using, as our support is limited to issues directly related to our themes.

Does Xstore have built in pricing tables we can employ? If not, is they a pricing table that’s compatible with Xstore you could recommend?
