Troubleshooting fatigue. I am at a loss: Help! Please my website has gone awry

    Site has been crashing giving me the message critical error message but no code. I cannot add new pages or products. I wanted to install elementor and pro elements but the site crashes every time I try to activate.
    I have been doing all the troubleshooting: I have removed plugins, cleared cache, no custom code is installed.
    I am also having trouble with the advanced sticky header as it does not fully show when you scroll down the site. Additionally the navigation buttons colors change from red to a light red on hover. I am also having trouble with buttons not changing to the color I have in the theme options.
    I can’t forget the checkout page. Customer purchases are being blocked when the site is live but in test/sandbox mode payments go through. Paypal and my host provider are telling me its a site theme/plugin conflict issue. I have not had this many issues all at once with this theme so if you can help me get this resolved, I would appreciate it immensely. I appreciate all your expertise.

    Andrew,
    Are you able to tell me what it was that was happening? Was it a compatibility issue the Xtheme and WordPress and plugins or was it not enough memory? Just trying to understand to prevent this from happening in the future. Thanks.

    The issue was caused by a compatibility conflict between the XTheme and the PRO Elements plugin. It has now been resolved

    The issues I brought up in my first topic are still happening(please see screenshots):
    1. I still cannot create pages or products I am still receiving critical error message

    2. Advanced sticky header not showing properly on any page on the site
    Navigation Text and button colors on sticky header are not the colors I have selected in theme options. They should match the regular main header

    Hello tcwsitemaster,

    The error indicates that PHP has reached the current memory limit of 256 MB while loading the WordPress administration area. The file wp-admin/menu-header.php is most likely not the root cause; it is simply where the fatal error occurred during the rendering of the admin menu

    We recommend increasing the PHP memory_limit to at least 512M, and preferably to 768M for websites using WooCommerce and Elementor.

    I have increased the memory, however, this does not address or solve the sticky header issue or the checkout issue I described in previous posts. Are you able to please solve these issues? Do I need to create a new topic for each of these issues separately so they can be solved?

    We have fixed the hover issue on the sticky header. Regarding the height of the sticky header, it is calculated correctly. However, since you are logged in as an administrator, the WordPress admin panel partially overlaps the sticky header. Due to WordPress restrictions, we are not allowed to modify or override the admin panel (it is visible only to administrators and not to clients).

    As for the payment issue, it relates to WooCommerce and the payment method selected by the user. Please try to reproduce this bug using the default theme. We would like to note that our theme does not make any changes to the checkout process.

    Respectfully, are you able to move my topic to another support person for assistance please or do I need to close this topic and open another to converse with another person on the support staff.

    I understand about the admin panel overlapping. That was not the issue. The issue was the sticky header when site is live and I’m not logged in as admin was not showing properly, the height was cutoff. The screenshot sent was for demonstration purposes and I just happened to be logged in as admin when I took the screenshot.

    Also, the sticky header is now not showing the cart icon just showing the number 0.

    The checkout issue via Woocommerce is not the payment method selection as it happened with all the payment methods the user selected. I had customers contact saying that their payment was blocked regardless of the method. As I stated in my first topic post over a week ago, in test/sandbox mode payments went through, but were blocked when live. I would like to see if the Angell Eye plugin (Paypal for Woocommerce) and Xstore theme have some compatibility/conflict issue. Are you able check for issues of conflict and or compatability?
