Troubles with registration in dropdown and off-canvas and Product Page

    Hello,
    1. I can’t register an account in dropdown and off-canvas. Don’t know why.

    2. In the product page builder, when deactivating the custom tabs these doesn’t hide. I have to delete the name to make it possible. But I think that’s not the idea. Is this a bug?
    2.1. Can I hide the default tabs by CSS?

    3. How can I edit the “my account”. In the dashboard>menu it says that is deprecated because of the builder. But I can’t find any options to edit the “My account” menu.

    Hello,

    1) What errors do you get while registration account there?

    2) Provide us with temporary WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site to check the issue in more detail and help you.

    2.1) Using WooCommerce snippet https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/editing-product-data-tabs/#removing-tabs or below CSS code

    .tabs.wc-tabs {
        display: none;
    }

    3) The header builder does not have option to choose the custom account menu. If you want to remove some links from that menu go to WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > clear endpoints that you don’t want to show there http://prntscr.com/t8jfrl

    1. No errors. Just when filling the information and clicking register it doesn’t do anything. I can login but can’t register. Try that on the url I provided. That happens on the off-canvas and dropdown.

    2. I will do it with the snippets. But that’s definitely a bug. I have to delete the name of the Custom Tab so they don’t appear. But the when clicking “the eye” to show/hide the tab. Does nohing.

    Hello,

    1) By default, the registration comes from WooCommerce plugin and works correctly with our theme. Do you use an additional plugin? Provide temporary wp-admin access, so we can take a closer look.
    2) This has been fixed in the latest version of the theme – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/

    UPDATE: I just tried deactivating the only plugin that isn’t included in the theme. And the problem still there. I have actually deactivated also the cache plugin. Thought it has something with minify or cache. But still the same problem.

    So the problem has to be with the theme.

    Hello,

    1) Provide us with FTP access to check the issue with the FTP in more detail.
    2) I don’t see the issue with the custom tabs disabling https://gyazo.com/d661d9f9bc95e98a8399a18988a7c909 The next 2 tabs after the Reviews – are Dokan plugin tabs. Contact plugin author to find out how to disable them.

    Hello,

    1) Thank you. I have passed your issue to our developers. Problem caused by Dokan plugin. Dokan plugin does not call scripts required for the correct registration when the plugin is enabled on the pages out of shop. We’ll try to change this but I’m not sure if it’s possible via theme files. Maybe fix will be required from the Dokan plugin side to call the registration scripts not just for the WooCommerce pages.

    2) Are you talking about Dokan tabs or our theme custom tabs? Theme custom tabs disabling works fine and we checked that when your code was removed https://gyazo.com/d661d9f9bc95e98a8399a18988a7c909

    There is a string in off-canvas “Remember” that I can’t find to traduce in XStore theme, XStore Core plugin or WooCommerce. How can I change that word?

    Hi,

    Try to sync translation files https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/translation-files-update/ , then find the text. If this doesn’t help, provide a screenshot of the page where the text is untranslated, URL, and temporary wp-admin access.
