Trouble viewing from Mac - by Greta - on WordPress WooCommerce support

I noticed that using a Mac I have trouble seeing in both the backend the frontend. In particular, you do not see the favicon but the theme name of “Helen”, but the most serious thing is that in backand product page there are no sliders to scroll through the categories and brands and the same thing on the menu section disappeared all the lateral sliders. This in mac with pc works fine.

I verify on mac, and the problems remains. Before i used Safari browser, then i installed Chrome browser, the latest verion, but the problems remains…

Please check if the issue persists only with our theme or some other theme too.
Also try to disable additional extensions you installed for your browser.

i check it with another theme and there is the same problem. What can i do? i disabled all additional exentions in chrome but nothig.

So the problem isn’t related to our theme.
You can ask at WordPress forums regarding that issue as we don’t see it on Mac on our side.
