    Hello.
I am quite confused on where to change various global settings.
It seems that your theme options do not matter and I have to change things through elementor settings.
I managed to change the logo and the fonts (I think) but where on earth we can change the site colors? Cause I changed in the theme options and nothing happened. And yes I have cleared the cache.
    thanks in advance

p.s. can we submit tickets instead of creating forum topics?
p.s.2 why the topic title must a least be 40 characters????

    Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Your website is currently in maintenance mode, so we are unable to check it at the moment.

We appreciate your message. It is completely normal to feel a bit uncertain at first, and we are happy to explain how everything works so that you can confidently use the theme and its settings.

Let’s go over the available options. While the default settings in Theme Options are quite basic, most demo versions use local settings for individual elements to make each version as diverse as possible. For example, if you would like to change colors within the page content, you can do so by editing the page with Elementor and adjusting each widget or element directly.

If you wish to modify the site header, please use the Header Builder https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/new-xstore-header-builder-with-elementor/ Similarly, the footer can be edited through the corresponding Footer Builder. Global settings in the theme options apply in areas where Elementor cannot make changes. This structure is intentional, allowing you to customize your site as much as you wish.

If you are unable to find how to change a specific setting, please let us know, and we will provide detailed instructions.

Please note that we handle all inquiries through our support forum.

The length of the topic name helps our experts quickly identify your issue and assist you as efficiently as possible.

    Warm regards,
    The 8Theme Team

    Hello,

Please edit your header using the Elementor Builder. On the right-hand side, select Display Conditions > Include > Entire Site:

For more information, please refer to: https://elementor.com/help/conditions/.

    Hello @Webalize it,

The issue may be caused by an outdated version of the PRO Elements plugin installed on your website as latest version is 3.34.0. Could you please provide us with temporary wp-admin access so that we can assist you in updating the plugin?

    Best regards,

Apparently you did something so I can now manage/add conditions. Thank you!
Do you have anything to advise about Elementor cache? Cause even if I appointed the right header to the whole site through conditions, even if I refreshed the cache it was still showing the previous one. I had to unpublish the previous header and save it as draft, in order to show the one I set through the conditions.
Yesterday I spent half a day trying to see the right edited page that kept showing your demo content even if the content had changed in the wordpress database.
Even if I flashed elementor cache plenty of times, at the end I had to replace the strings through the elementor find and replace.
To me all this shows an elementor cache problem…that it is not fixed by its “clear cache” or the server’s clear cache or even the browser’s clear cache.
    thanks!

    Hello,

We have noticed that you are also using the SiteGround cache.

Could you please temporarily disable the SG Cache as well?

Please let us know the results once you have done so.
