Traslate custom tab title and return - by Greta

My site is in Italian and I bought WPML for translating it into English, but I saw that translating the field “Custom tab title” and “Return”, immediately below, gives me the English translation also in the version in Italian.
How can I have it in both languages?

Hello,

As I see custom tab is translated on single product pages.
Please show a screenshot of the issue.

This is the screenshot…the language is in english but the but “dettagli ordini” and the content remains in Italian

I don’t see English version of any product. Please show a direct link. Also there is a notice in your Dashboard http://storage9.static.itmages.com/i/16/1122/h_1479828783_5122713_0e32addc8d.jpeg .
Install WPML plugin.

Custom tab content is present in WPML > String Translation. http://prnt.sc/dbkddk Please check it and translate it there.
