Translations aren't working - by Nageen

    Hello There

    I am using Loco translator to translate theme files, but this seems to be not working for me.

    E.g – “My account” at header right. I have translated this text every where in the theme and woo-commerce file using loco translate. by this isn’t changing at frontend

    and there are may translations already done, but not showing up at front end.

    Please suggest.

    Hello,

    1) You used the nulled theme https://prnt.sc/oihabi
    2) The translation file name was incorrect http://prntscr.com/oihfz5
    3) Translation file was not synchronized with the pot file because the pot file was missing in your nulled theme.

    Thanks for your feedback and fixes for the translation.

    1) You used the nulled theme https://prnt.sc/oihabi
    —— DO we need to replace the theme with full version? if we do, then is that work fine as it is right now and no issue with the current setup of the website. ?

    2) The translation file name was incorrect http://prntscr.com/oihfz5

    3) Translation file was not synchronized with the pot file because the pot file was missing in your nulled theme.
    —- Ohh yes I delete that file while I were tryinh to fix translations.

    ALso maybe I have some feedback to your theme to make it more friendly and better..

    Hello,

    We have checked your purchase and updated theme to the latest official version because the old one was corrupted and out of date. So, just check the translation. Don’t remove the pot file, this is the file that helps you to sync translation after next theme update https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/103-translation-files-update

    Thank you for your permission. If you have any suggestions about theme options tell us. Maybe we’ll be able to implement them in future updates if they are really useful.

    http://prntscr.com/oilwe4 these are already translated in the backend (http://prntscr.com/oilwuv) , but not showing at frntend.

    Can you please suggest !!
