    Hi there

I updated the theme and a lot of plug-ins. It caused problems so I reverted it and tried it again with plug-ins disabled. At this point everything is updated and working fine again. But, I have one problem.

The string translations of WPML are not visible on the website anymore. They are in the database but it’s not being displayed on the front-end. The search box in the top is translated 4 times in every possible domain, but still it’s Search and not Zoeken like the translation.

Can anyone help me on this one? Of course I tried to reinstall WMPL etc but that seems not to work. It might be a configuration/languages setting which I overlook, but I can’t find it.

    WordPress 4.4.2
    WooCommerce 2.5.2
    Legenda 2.11

    Thanks,
    Maarten

    Hello,

As I see you’re using only one language in WPML settings. If there is only one language you need translate the theme in .po file as described in the documentation:

Thanks for pointing me in the correct direction. I fixed it by re-adding English again as source language and now it’s back on.
