Hello. We bought the xstore theme from you and we want to translate it into Polish. Installed the Loco Translate plugin, downloaded the .po language pack, but the translation process froze by 39%. What could be the problem?

Thanks for using our theme.
https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/30-base-theme-translation – translation files that we provide are not full ready translation. Click on Sync https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/103-translation-files-update and continue translation manually.

we haven’t updated the theme
help translate into polish

You need to have only one translation for the theme with System location. I’ve synchronized translation as described in docs.
You can continue translation now – http://prntscr.com/108fv4y
Also, I’ve added translation for Core plugin, find and translate stings there – http://prntscr.com/108fwj1

What do you mean “You can continue the translation right now”? Manually or what?

Yes, of course. Our theme can be fully translated, but we do not provide a full translation for all languages, you can see it in our documentation – https://prnt.sc/108gkam

It shows the progress of translation, the value is not frozen, continue translation and it will be changed.
It is 30% now, because of Synchronization, new strings were added.
