Translation problem of the cart and checkout cart, and order status

Hello,

Many titles into cart and checkout cart, and order status is not translated in frensh.
i had tried many thing witout solution
can you help please?

after using your solution, many titles are now translated.

but i still had some important titles without translation see screen below:

Hello,
in mean time, i used po and mo files from https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp-plugins/woocommerce/stable/fr/default/
and it work!
