Translate xstore email builder with TranslatePress

Hello,

I have to translate a xstore woocommerce site. That also includes the emails that are sent to the customers upon a successful order. First time i did this i used WPML – but i couldn’t translate the emails (not fully). This time i’m looking to use TranslatePress (automatic translate). Does xstore fully support this plugin and can i also translate the emails?

Hello,

I checked the link. So if i have an email template (let’s say reset password email) in my native language and want to translate it to english i just duplicate the email, translate it and set “apply to billing countries” to the desired country?

So you officially just support WPML?

@TheOne can you do the test run and check wether it is feasible to take look into translatepress as a translational option as a choice.

if you wanna test unlimited string translation use can take a look into this addon for translate press (https://wordpress.org/plugins/automatic-translate-addon-for-translatepress/)

i am looking forward for your reply, if this works out i will get translatepress Devloper account and offer service to other fellow members.

@razr1911 i wrote to Translate support and they gave me this anwser:

Hello there,

Thank you for reaching us!

From what I checked in our task manager, we have an issue with this theme where the loading time is increased when you use TranslatePress.

At the moment, this task is in the pending zone so I can not give you an exact ETA when this will be solved but when the developers will solve this, I’ll let you know!

Please do let me know, i am aware of the situation with the response time with Xstore theme it requires alot of tweaking and optimization javascript and css sometimes conflicts with other plugins.Currently i am also looking for a solution to optimize this theme, i have tried many things WProcket, 10web.io AI, Rabbitlaoder, w3Cache, Lightspeed and perfmatters somewhat i am not satisfied with the outcome. I am glad the service 8themes support staff offers is top notch.

In Future, I am considering to hire them to speedup my site and optimize it, but before that i am looking it to resolve manything by my own first.

Translation of a website in other languages is no joke task and if you mess single time you are ruined for couple of hours to testing and fixing things.

@razr1911 did you try Seraphinite Accelerator? We both know that it’s probably better if we wait for TranslatePress to fix this issue. Like i said they said they are working on it (if thats true or not).

I will probably use WPML again since i don’t have a lot of time to finish this project and to deal with TranslatePress.
