Translate Register and Lost Password in French

Good morning,
I would like to ask you two questions:

Question 1: How can I translate REGISTER as S’INSCRIRE (in French) and LOST PASSWORD as MOT DE PASSE OUBLIE (in French). I used Loco Translate but it doesn’t work for these words.

Question 2: How can I change the color of “Lost Password”? Thanks for your help.

We’ve tried to login with the provided password in Private Content area but it didn’t work.

Additionally, to modify the color of the “Lost password?” text, we have implemented custom CSS code within the Theme Options under Theme Custom CSS > Global CSS, as shown below:

}
```
