Translate frontend to italian language without plugin

I have my WP set in Italian but the woocommerce frontend is partially in English. Specifically the purchase STEP, sidebar CART, table CART summary, proceed and other texts.

I thought these default strings were already translated. How can I translate them without using external plugins? (poedit)
