hi how can i translate it
i tryed with elementor and theme editor and i don’t know how to change the language of it

Hello, @houijiaymen,

That is actually the contact form which created using the Contact Form 7 plugin: https://postimg.cc/SXN95mzG in order to change the title and content, you have to go to WP-Dashboard >> Contact Form and edit the particular Form from there: https://postimg.cc/ThmKtK46 and change the content from there as per your requirements: https://postimg.cc/0bPyZcSY
