  Hello,

  Update translation files https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/translation-files-update/
  After that make sure that you translated not just theme but also XStore core plugin https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/base-theme-translation/ .

  Provide us with WP Dashboard access if you still have the issue with this.
