  But please help us understand.

  We use the norwegian delivery providers; Posten, Porterbuddy and Instabox.

  How can this page integrate with these providers, once the tracking code is available?

  [woocommerce_order_tracking] shortcode comes from WooCommerce plugin https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-shortcodes/
  We would recommend you contact WC plugin support https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/ , because there is nothing from the theme side for this.
