    Hi.
    I have no track-orders page and I’m not sure if it should have been created automatically or if it has to be created manually.
    If it has to be created manually, how do you include the track order form?

    You can create that page and include Woocommerce shortcode:
    https://docs.woothemes.com/document/woocommerce-shortcodes/ (“3.Order Tracking Form”).
