    Hello,

At the top of my website’s homepage, there is an arrow pointing down that shows free place to a “widget” or a “banner”.

I don’t want to use it and want to erase the arrow and that empty place all together

    How can I do that?

    Thank you very much!

    Of course!
but I am sorry for the question, how do i attached a file to this chat?

meanwhile ill try to be clearer:

    on the top my website:
    theeventry.com

right above the logo and aligned to wish list, your account and logout, there is a grey arrow pointing down.
when you click on it, it opens a small place for an eventual banner.

I just dont need that place or arrow i want to erase it or hide it.

    Thank you!

    Hello,

You may disable “Enable hidden top panel” option in Theme Options > Header.
You can use such screenshot maker as Lightshot and provide screenshot link in Private Content. Let us know if you need any further assistance.
